The Sheila C. Johnson Center is located in the University of Virginia’s Bavaro Hall on the ground floor. Bavaro Hall is part of the School of Education and Human Development. We're located on Emmet Street South, just across the pedestrian bridge from the UVA Bookstore and Newcomb Hall.

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • Friday: 8:30 am - 5 pm

Parking Information

Our parking lot is located at the front door of Bavaro Hall, and the parking spots are marked with SJC Clinic signage. Upon arrival, please come to the front desk to register to park by scanning our QR code. You will need to know your license plate number. Our front desk staff is happy to assist you.

Construction around UVA

Ongoing university construction projects around Alderman Road and McCormick Road may impact your visit to the clinic. The construction will not impact the Sheila C. Johnson Center’s operating schedule but please plan your travel time accordingly.
