Kate Matthew

Kate Matthew is a co-author and project director of the birth-five comprehensive STREAMin3 curriculum model. In partnership with the Virginia Department of Education, STREAMin3 is expanding access to the curriculum state-wide. This work includes co-leading the development of the ECE Resource Hub, a website with free professional development resources for educators working with children from birth to five. She is a former Head Start teacher, family visitor, and ECE community consultant. She has substantial experience in implementation support and content development across multiple research interventions and projects within CASTL.
