Michelle Francis

Michelle Francis is interested in harnessing motivation to help achieve equity in education, practical measurement, and translating research and statistical findings to various audiences. As a data manager, Francis understands the power of disaggregating data to measure where educational inequities are occurring and evaluating whether our past and current interventions are adequately addressing them.
