Biography
Abrea Greene is a Ph.D. student in the educational psychology-applied developmental science program. Prior to her studies, she worked as a research associate in the Education and Child Development Department at NORC at the University of Chicago. Greene's research focuses on how Black students' school experiences shape their racial and academic identities, and how these factors influence their sense of belonging, academic motivation, and overall development. Greene is committed to applying an equity-centered approach in both her research and program evaluation efforts.
