What We Do
Dr. Kranz is member of this group of faculty, staff, and students dedicated to improving Community and UVA students’ access to resources and information on Food Security, Sustainable Food Sourcing, and actively contributing to the improvement of our food environment.
Diet and Nutrition Research Laboratory
Our mission is to investigate the effect of diet on health and learning outcomes, especially in children. The lab consists of a metabolic kitchen and a feeding/dining area with a play space for our studies in children.
