Biography

Moira Johnson oversees the statewide launch of the LinkB5 database, a system that informs a key state initiative to measure the quality of teaching and learning in every publicly-funded Early Childhood Education classroom in the Commonwealth. Prior to joining the LinkB5 team at CASTL, Johnson was the project associate for the Supporting Transformative Autism Research (STAR) Initiative, where she managed various research projects, built administrative infrastructure, and developed strategic planning and sustainability efforts. Johnson also previously managed the Student Flourishing Initiative at the Contemplative Sciences Center and was the founding director of the Employee Wellness program at Texas A&M University-Commerce. In addition to technical project management, Johnson has extensive experience managing collegiate student programming, research administration, and leading initiatives in higher education.
