Jaime Stacy

Prior to serving the Department of Education Leadership, Foundations, and Policy, Jaime Stacy was the M.Ed. program director at Averett University in Danville, VA where she supervised online degree programs in administration and supervision, curriculum and instruction, math specialist, and special education.

Prior to working at Averett, Stacy worked for over 20 years in K-12 education as a teacher, administrator, and professional learning specialist. Throughout her career, she has been recognized as “teacher of the year” on two separate occasions and has presented at several conferences including the Metropolitan Educational Research Consortium and the Eastern Educational Research Association.
