Serena Bush

Serena Bush works collaboratively with the Virginia Literacy and Partnerships office to ensure the implementation of evidence-based literacy practices. As an education and outreach specialist, Bush works with an outreach team to provide professional learning opportunities and support to teachers, schools, and school divisions throughout Virginia.
