Sae Chapman

Sae Chapman is a research specialist with the Well-being for Early Learning Lab (WELLab). As a member of the WELLab team, they assist in both research and project management capacities. Chapman’s background in elementary education inspired them to pursue research in supporting teachers’ well-being and self-efficacy, in order to promote a positive and equitable learning environment. They hope to contribute to positive change for early educators at both the individual level and at policy levels. In addition, Chapman’s research interests include finding support and equity for LGBTQ+ students and teachers.
