Kyra Parker

Kyra Parker is a Research Scientist at the Center for Advanced Study of Teaching and Learning (CASTL), where she supports data analysis and dissemination for the Virginia Kindergarten Readiness Program. Kyra is passionate about bridging research, practice, and policy to improve early childhood experiences and school readiness for young children and their families. Parker's research also focuses on strengthening teacher-family and teacher-child relationships to reduce exclusionary discipline in early childhood education programs.
