Kristyn Wilson

Kristyn Wilson is a postdoctoral research associate with CASTL on projects associated with teacher preparation and learning, including studies related to literacy coaching, teacher observation, and building ELA instructional capacity.

Wilson's doctoral research used mixed methods to explore the evolving programs and learning experiences of novice teachers across diverse preparatory contexts. Before beginning her doctoral studies, she was a high school English teacher in Virginia. She continues to support EHD's teacher education programs as a teacher educator.
