Jaynae Wright is a student of public policy (M.P.P.) and education policy (Ph.D.). She studies efforts to improve early childhood education access with a special interest in economic, geographic, and racial barriers to entry. While obtaining her undergraduate degrees, Wright worked at United Way of Southwest Virginia (Virginia Ready Region 1). There she served on the data and research team, which focused efforts on early childhood education research and measurement regarding family choice, enrollment, and workforce.
