Biography
Cloe Frank has nurtured her passion for working with underserved youth communities through juvenile justice systems, public school therapeutic affairs, and early education research development. Interested in education reform, legal systems, and behavioral support, Frank maintains the belief that strengthening human connections from the roots of these systems helps to realize the necessity for compassion, empathy, and grace in our everyday lives.
