Vanika Grover

Vanika Grover’s research involves issues of education systems, child well-being, and policy with a special focus on educational inequities. She is currently working as a Senior Data Management Specialist with Dr. Allison Atteberry on the Research-Practice Partnership project between Denver Public Schools, University of Virginia, and the University of Colorado Boulder. With the goal of supporting Denver’s teacher workforce, under this project, Vanika is working to establish efficient data structures and systems to maintain large-scale, longitudinal, and administrative education data. Prior to her doctoral studies, Vanika worked on policy issues related to education, health, early childhood development, and child protection at international organizations like UNICEF Innocenti and Oxford Policy Management. Her work experience spans countries across South Asia, Africa, and South-East Asia.
