Biography

Nadia Cempre joined EHD in early 2022 after nine years with UVA’s neuroscience graduate program.  Prior, she spent time developing curricular content for WorldStrides and working on a team of three at a biotech startup in Charlottesville, VA. Cempre brings expertise in managing a doctoral degree program including developing curriculum requirements, course scheduling, overhauling curriculum, admissions, outreach, budgetary administration, and student support. Pan-University collaboration and building relationships have been a highlight of her career in higher education.

Cempre spends her free time working at a yoga studio and dance studio, and with her husband and two young children.
