Biography

Martha Downer-Assaf joined the Foundation Board in 2013.

Downer-Assaf is the director of Keeping PACE in Atlanta, Georgia, where she is developing a summer program in partnership with the United Way to serve inner-city youth. She previously served as the evaluation specialist for The Rollins Center at the Atlanta Speech School. Before joining the Foundation Board, Downer-Assaf served for two years on the board’s Engagement Committee.

Downer-Assaf, her husband Fred Assaf (M.Ed. '94), and their five boys reside in Atlanta.
