Leah Richardson

Prior to her role with STAR, Leah Richardson worked in early intervention as an intake coordinator. In this position, she supported families while conducting assessments and creating customized treatment documents. Richardson's research interests include the development and identification of autism in early childhood as well as improvement in emergency responses to neurodiversity. During her time as an undergraduate, Richardson was involved in multiple research projects focusing on mindfulness and well-being. She also completed a year-long thesis project on the differences of psychological and philosophical therapy as a part of her philosophy minor.
