Biography

Kelsey Clayback is currently a postdoctoral research associate, under the mentorship of Professor Amanda Williford and works at the Center for Advanced Study of Teaching and Learning (CASTL) on several applied research projects related to early childhood education. Clayback's program of research centers around understanding ways to equitably promote young children’s social and emotional development and prevent challenging behavior. Clayback is also interested in early childhood educator well-being, beliefs, and bias with the goal of determining how practice and policy efforts can better support educators.
