Christopher Gulla

Christopher Gulla has been providing website development and technical support for early literacy initiatives in Virginia for over 15 years.  He is the project manager for the web application that collects scores for the PALS K-3 and Pre-K Language & Literacy Screeners.  In addition to his management duties he provides requirements analysis and software architecture and design; operational, administrative user, developer, quality assurance, and hardware support; database development and administration; and full stack development.
