Biography

Christine Lotze joined the Foundation Board in 2014.

Lotze is a founding partner at Philosophy IB. Her strength is in developing business solutions that enable the behavioral change required to implement strategy and improve performance. She is an analytical leader who identifies and develops team member strengths, facilitates understanding and performance in multi-cultural environments, and translates organizational theory into actionable tools and techniques.

Prior to starting Philosophy IB, Lotze was director of Global Executive Development at PricewaterhouseCoopers; a senior manager/principal in PwC's Strategic and Organizational Change Consulting Practice, and co-founder of Ernst & Young's European Global Client Consulting People Effectiveness Center. She authored many consulting methods and tools during her tenure at these firms.

When not immersed in work, you can find Lotze enjoying a pilates class developing her strength, flexibility, and coordination – or enjoying all of her son's new discoveries.
