Steph Shoby

As the academic program officer for the department of Human Services, Steph Shoby guides students through their full academic lifecycle through record management, collaborates with central offices and institutional partners to align academic processes and practices and implements strategic workflow planning for programs and events. Shoby has also served on several leadership committees across grounds, including EHD Staff Advisory Council and the Office of Sustainability's Leadership program. She is also a doctoral student in the EHD Ed.D. Higher Education program and has a passion for collaborative and idea-driven work environments that aim to enhance the lives of people they serve. When she is not working or in school, she enjoys doing anything outside, reading, and going on adventures with her dog Bowie and husband Tim.
