Ling Chen

Ling Chen is a data specialist at EdPolicy Works within the School of Education and Human Development. Her current work involves overseeing data management for multiple research projects related to special education, science instruction, and reading intervention.

Before joining EdPolicy Works, Ling completed her doctoral training in Higher Education. Her dissertation explored the nuances and complexities of college success among first-generation college students, focusing on issues such as college undermatching, retention, and completion.
