Kay Valley

Kay Valley is a research specialist at EdPolicyWorks (EPW), a joint collaboration between the School of Education and Human Development and the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy. She works on research projects that inform state and local efforts to improve early childhood education systems, as well as projects which aim to elucidate early-childhood teacher workforce trends. Prior to joining EPW, Kay taught high school mathematics in Massachusetts for two years with the program Teach for America.
