Amy Warner

Amy Warner joined the Foundation Board in 2023. She is also currently a co-chair of the UVA Parents Council.

Warner is a founding partner of Abendroth, Berns & Warner, LLC, a law firm in Wellesley, MA. She has over 37 years of experience representing banks and non-banks clients in a variety of regulatory, commercial and real estate matters. She was formerly senior counsel of BankBoston and BayBanks, Inc.

Warner also serves on the President’s Advisory Board and the Women’s Health Advisory Board of Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Boston, MA.

She is admitted to the Bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of New Jersey, and the State of New York.
