CASTL Awarded Over Four Million in Grant Funding to Pursue New Lines of Education Research
Faculty at the Center for Advanced Study of Teaching and Learning (CASTL) will be taking on a number of new research initiatives in the fall of 2017. Collectively, CASTL faculty received over four million dollars in new funding to research a variety of pressing issues facing the field of education. Some of the research topics include the design of peer learning communities for secondary educators, STEM education in preschool, the long-term impacts of charter school programs, and fostering resilient mindset in college students.
