Moira completed her doctorate in Higher Education Administration and Leadership from Texas A&M University, and holds a Master’s degree in Health & Human Performance, and a Bachelor’s Begree in Latin American Studies. She is a Project Manager overseeing the statewide launch of the Link B5 database.

Prior to joining the Link B5 team at CASTL, Moira was the Project Associate for the Supporting Transformative Autism Research (STAR) Project in the School of Education & Human Development from 2018 to 2022, where she managed various research projects, build administrative infastructure, and developed stragetic planning and sustanability efforts. From 2016 to 2018, she managed the Student Flourishing Initiative at the Contemplative Sciences Center, and was the founding director of the Employee Wellness program at Texas A&M University-Commerce. Moira has extensive experience managing collegiate fitness and wellness programs, working in research administration, collegiate student development, and leadining intiatives in higher education, as well as conducting research on lifestyle interventions for faculty and staff working in higher education.
