Project Title: Virtual College Advising for High-Achieving, Low-Income Students
Project Description: In partnership with Bloomberg Philanthropies and America Achieves, we are evaluating the impact of the CollegePoint Initiative, which offers high-achieving, low-income students across the country one-on-one, online advising throughout the college and financial aid process. The project leverages interactive technologies to connect students with advisors from the College Advising Corps, College Possible, Strive for College, and Matriculate. The project will serve approximately 7,000 students in the high school classes of 2015 and 2016.
