Nutrition Workshop for Health and Wellness Week!

Student Health and Wellness at 550 Brandon Ave in the UVA Teaching Kitchen

There are 2 identical 45-minute workshop times. To participate you must sign up. Each workshop is capped at 20 participants.

In this workshop we’ll discuss “Nutrition Tips for College Students” and we’ll make “Delicious Dips from around the Globe” in a hands-on cooking class.

Menu features: easy 5-ingredient recipes; Mexican, Greek, and Italian inspired dishes; vegetarian and vegan options; gluten-free and dairy-free options

Allergen information: menu includes milk (optional) and wheat (optional). We invite you to bring your own to-go container to take any leftovers. Current protocols regarding COVID risk mitigation will be in place during this class.
