Cups and Conversations - Exchanging EdTech Wisdom with Matched Contextual Peers
Education technology (edtech) is more important than ever as the nation’s educators strive to keep learning going during COVID-19. With expanding need, we cannot afford to waste precious time and money on technology that is a poor fit for the context. EdTech Evidence Exchange (formerly Jefferson Education Exchange) is elevating educator voices about their contextualized technology implementation experiences. Working with the School of Data Science, we are using key individual and contextual variables to match educators such that they can access and learn from the experiential knowledge of colleagues working in contexts like their own. In this session, we will discuss how the Exchange is measuring context, matching educators, and planning for a platform to share the rich experiences of educators across the nation.
