CASTL Work-in-Progress with Dr. Lieny Jeon

Dr. Lieny Jeon, Associate Professor of Education at UVA SEHD, will focus on the importance of early childhood educators’ holistic well-being, and the role of work environments and organizational well-being in understanding educators’ well-being. A newly developed implementation science-based intervention, Well-Being First, for Head Start teachers will be introduced and the results from a pilot study will be discussed, as well as conversation on how to balance individual and organizational well-being.
