Emily Fuhrmann

Emily received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Franklin and Marshall College in 2020. After graduation, Emily moved to the Charlottesville area and joined the STAR team as a research specialist. Emily was involved in many research projects throughout her undergraduate education. Most notably, she conducted behavioral research of non-human primates during her last two years of school. Emily previously worked as a psychological technician for a private mental health practice. In this role she facilitated testing and diagnostic reports. Emily’s research interests include early diagnostic testing of Autism Spectrum Disorder and improvement of outcomes in adults with neurodevelopmental differences.
