Audrey is the senior writer and research communications strategist in the Office of Communications and Marketing. Audrey joined the UVA School of Education and Human Development in 2008 as the school's founding communications director and she served in that role until September 2014 when she stepped down to work part-time. Her current portfolio includes writing, managing the content strategy and leading the research communications strategy. Before joining the School, Audrey served as assistant director of the Riley Institute at Furman University, an education and policy institute founded by former U.S. Secretary of Education Richard W. Riley.
