Brought to you by the School of Education and Human Development Student Affairs Office and the Library. All titles will be provided for free through the Library’s streaming collection. Mark your calendars to watch with us Saturday, August 21 at 5pm. We will send the movie access link the day before the event.

  • The Black Scholars in Education and Human Development Writing Group

    Hosted by The Black Scholars in Education and Human Development Writing Group
    The Black Scholars in Education and Human Development Writing Group (BSWG) is a student-led initiative that provides space for Black doctoral students and postdocs to build community while supporting one another through the writing process. Our monthly writing sessions also feature informational presentations focused on skill building and academic career preparation from senior scholars and experienced student support professionals.

    On September 3rd, BSWG members will gather for drinks, food, and fellowship. The coordinators will discuss the history and mission of the organization, including a previous of 2021-22 topics and speakers.

    Those intersted in attending the welcome session or receiving BSWG updates should send an email to listed email address to subscribe to the listserve and recieve event information.
