Shannon Montague is a dedicated educator with a proven track record of success in independent schools. With a degree in English from the University of Virginia and a master's degree in independent school leadership from Columbia University, Montague brings a strong foundation of leadership, collaboration, innovation and creativity to her work.

Her career has spanned roles from middle school technology integrator to head of school, showcasing her versatility and commitment to student learning and development. She has a passion for curriculum development, particularly integrating technology, and is a sought-after presenter at conferences nationwide.

Montague's dedication to professional development is evident in her co-founding of Edcamp Baltimore and her previous involvement in the Edcamp Foundation. She is also a strong advocate for the arts in education, both as a performer and a former board member for Live Arts theater in Charlottesville.
